    I also have trouble sleeping.

    There's things that you can do to mitigate that.

    Best thing is exercise really hard at around 8 for a bedtime of 10. By that time the initial exercise rush has worn off and your muscles are just tired. Second thing you can do - and this is almost as effective as exercise - is pop a Calcium-Magnesium tab before hitting the sack. The magnesium really helps you sleep more deeply.

    AJ would have to fight like an idiot to lose to Ward. All his plan needs to be is hammer the body, to take full advantage of the massive size and power difference. A properly fit Wlad or Tyson Fury would be an out-of-context problem for Ward as well.

    Yeah exercise is great

    I work out and I'm gonna get a punch bag next week so that will be great

    Actually I've been taking Magnesium of late but I don't think I've tried Calcium-Magnesium

    I was talking these things called Kalms tablets up until about a month ago. They give you incredibly vivid dreams although they mainly give me incredibly vivid nightmares. Not nice. But I had to stop them because I kept waking up in the mornings feeling sick. Took me a while to realize it was them that was the causing it.

    But thanks for the tip. I gotta sort this problem out I'm not getting nearly as much sleep as I should.

    Ward despite his talk will never go up to CW or HW...... Only if a perfect storm of events like someone Ruiz -esque becoming a major belt holder occurs... Don't see that kind of thing happening in the foreseeable future. That's the whole reason Jones made the jump to HW... He wouldn't stand a ghost of a chance against against any belt holder apart from Ruiz. Klitschkos, Lewis, the ghost of Tyson among others would have destroyed him.

    AJ would fold him with bodyshots blocked by arms...

    A heavyweight wouldn't even need to connect clean. He can land on gloves and that will do devastating damage to a >190 pounder.

    Wards best chance is luring Bellew into a showdown at CW.... Would strongly favor him to win that, but he doesn't have a chance against Usyk, Gassiev, or Breidis.

    LOL... Ward would likely be put on his ass trying to block a jab.

    Can imagine him trying his dirty, mauling tactics on the inside and getting tossed around the ring like a rag doll.

    Would be a miss match of epic proportions and unfortunately never, ever going to happen..
