This is just silly talk. I like Ward but he ain't no HW and he would have no chance vs a beast that is AJ. He would get destroyed.

 

Imagine Ward trying to clinch that LOL and do all his dirty work. no chance.

Drinking alcohol helps me get to sleep but the sleep you get is poor. Chamomile is a herb that definitely seems to work to get one relaxed, but, depending on the scale of your problems, your mileage may vary. It helps calm my head down when there's certainty to how I'm going to deal with sht.

Also, use a pair of earphones with sounds of rain, wind, etc. You'll be surprised at how concentrating on nature sounds puts you to sleep.

On second thoughts, Hunter might be right about this,
Ward is suited to fighting guys who are 6'6 because he can land good shots to their testicles.
AJ is rumoured to have very large genitals so this might be an easy fight for Ward.

 

Ward could land low blows without ducking, or he could duck and headbutt AJ's groin

And then he gets to fight prime Muhammad Ali and prime Joe Frazier and prime Ali Raymi forever.

 

That's on a Harry Greb level if he ended up fighting him. His team is obviously confident of his ability, but that's borderline delusional.

Even the great Roy Jones was very judicious with who he selected to fight at HW. He took on the weakest champion with the least amount of power in Ruiz. Ward's better off trying to ascertain a belt at CW since a lot of the HW's these days are REALLY big.
