The real complaining should be that GBP decided to put Broner on the P4P list!

Ward and Mayweather have both fought once since the start of 2012, double standards?

Since 2007 Mayweather has only fought 4 times, beating past it, smaller guys in JMM, Mosley, Ortiz and Cotto. SINCE 2007.
In that same period Ward has fought 12 times, winning the super six and beating Dawson. Ward had injuries and opponents pull out as well. Plus Ward has been dominant and never close to troubled. Mayweather had troubles against Cotto, he fought a no hoper in Ortiz and now he's fighting Guerrero. His fifth fight since 2007 is against Guerrero. That's not what a p4p #1 does.
And if Ward and Mayweather were in the same weight class now I'd pick Ward, just look what a stiff jab and smothering can do to Mayweather (Oscar and Cotto). So Ward is p4p #1.

I agree a bit with ward but he has that very solid win against a p4p elite in dawson. I feel jmm, donaire and martinez are interchangeable at 3,4,5 but donaire is sealed at p4p no. 3 if he beats rigo. I feel the jmm4 win was already diminished a bit by the jmm3 and the bradley loss of pac.

    here is my list btw

    1. floyd
    2. ward
    3. donaire
    4. martinez
    5. jmm
    6. broner
    7. timoty bradley
    8. robert guerrero
    9. canelo
    10. hopkins

Why hasnt he attempted to move up or down at least 1? Or does he not have to seek the absolute toughest fight....they all must come to him?

Unlike Floyd who must go to hell and high waters to fight who ever the best is from 168 down! When he is a got dayum 147 pound fighter.

    he should be #1
mayweather should drop because of his lack of fight the last 6 years and even worse the cherry picking involved in those. ward has fought the best, mayweather clearly hasnt

Replace the fighters with who you wanted him to fight...and im not tryin to argue (childishly at least) but only debate...as we should on this forum at least...

Well that's because Ward had an injury it wasn't due to part time fighting or a retirement ! And last I checked when was Floyd ever involved in a tournament in any weight class since his amateur days ?

Andre Ward should be #1 end of ****ing story. He's undisputed super middle and undisputed light heavy champ. Yes, him demolishing Bad Chad makes him undisputed light heavy champ. Bad Chad beat Hops (and would have KO'd Pascal had that headbutt not ruined it). He fights everyone, wherever, whenever. Floyd's career is in 'fighting bums' status (so he's retired), and Pacman got KO'd. Sergio is undisputed in one weight category. Someone please tell me who else there is?

I laugh at everyone complaining about a drained Dawson. Bad Chad campaigned at super middle for the longest time. Ward is just that good. Bad Chad will be back btw...

These are guys who are undisputed in one weight division. Ward is undisputed in 2 (and please do not bring up any belts, those are worthless anymore). Floyd may have been undisputed in multiples, but he barely fights anymore. And when he does, it is against mediocre competition like The Ghost.

Cant be at number 2 he hasn't and isn't beating the level of quality opponents a good few others are, pacman and marquez above him for a start so Ward at 4 probably but Bradley Pac Marquez have more of a shout really than ward.Ward needs to be more active to surpass them.

If you don't take in to account the level of opponents ability then whats the point.
