Because ggg would fight Chavez at 168. Ward didn't go to 175 for Dawson.

Ggg isn't ducking ward. He is a True Warrior that would fight anybody.

But his team have done a bad PR job when saying they would fight anybody from 154 to 168

He talks about going up to HW and fight Klitshko on one instance and in the other he says hes too small for LHW, Ward is a good fighter but hes becoming a bit of a joke and his ass kissing of Duckweather is pathetic to say the least.

He said he could see himself fighting at HW one day.

That day could be 10 years away. Quit trying to twist his words.

This would actually be hypocrisy, not a contradiction.

I really believe it when ggg said he would fight anyone from 154 to 168 but its not only him who has the final say who he fights he has a team so that also plays a big role in who he gets to fight....

    basically lots of politics involved...

Bute had to prove himself first but Chavez Jr and GGG...
Did Ward prove himself before getting his shot at Kessler?

Look at all these fools. Looking for an excuse as to why GGG isn't fighting Ward. They want to try and put the blame on Ward when he wants the fight. Why is it that most GGG fans don't want the Ward fight? I think they know Ward beats him.

I think that Ward is kind og regretful in letting Froch getting the jump on him and exposing Bute.
He probably sees GGG in the same light as Bute but this time instead of taking the position that GGG has to beat someone first Ward is trying to be more like Froch, get a fight with GGG and receive the same huge attention Froch received for beating an unproven hype.

The question is, will Bute, ooop I mean GGG step up to SMW.
