    And if he ever got the chance to land a fight with GGG, the sensational manner in which Ward would administer a one-sided beating on Golovkin would propel Ward's popularity through the roof - especially if he starts sporting Apollo Creed trunks as I recently suggested.

    You totally misunderstood my point. Just because BET is available in more homes in no way suggests that they have more viewers on average than HBO for typical programming. "Viewer base" is not the same as availability.

    I can't speak for others, but until this past weekend, I didn't even know which channel BET was on and was forced to do a Google search to figure it out. And yet, it's been available through my cable provider for all 6 years I've used it.

    HBO, on the other hand, is a premium channel, and I assume most people subscribed to HBO know exactly where the channels for the HBO lineups are located.

    I haven't seen ANY promotion on this, it's on BET, and a lot of people don't know who Ward or Smith is. If Ward negotiates with a big name, he's the B side by default now :lol:
