    At least Agnew is actually a LHW. Problem is not only will he be only getting a four week camp while Ward has been training like a demon for months, but after Kovalev broke his rib and his nose and sucked his soul out of his ass, he then lost to a dude who was 12-3 (granted I heard it was controversial) and in his next fight back was floored heavily and very nearly knocked out by a 20-12 scrub who was on a six fight losing streak, and is 2-11 in his last 13, the 2 wins coming against fellow scrubs. Luckily the bell came to Agnew's rescue a few seconds after the KD or he likely would've been KO'd. :rofl

    Andre Ward needs to start decorating his house and hang the Christmas stockings up.
    He needs to ask Santa Claus to bring him a nice tender Australian jr middleweight or a middleweight for his next bout :xmas :lloll

    How does it feel to be the first live boxing event on BET?

    It’s amazing! It’s trailblazing type of stuff. One of the reasons why I signed up with Roc Nation was because of their ability to not just have a vision of doing things, but the actual ability and resources to carry that vision out. You know with the BET experience that we’re getting ready to have, it’s new, it’s trailblazing, different and we’re going to be in 92 million homes. It’s probably safe to say that a good portion of these people maybe aren’t die hard boxing fans and they might not watch this sport if it was just on premium network television, so I’m excited to be exposed in front of a new audience.

    So two opponents are considered:

    Agnew and Brand. Brand I've never heard of but Agnew I think would be mildly interesting, I wouldn't be too disappointed with that given how close to the fight we are.

    I do give credit where its do. But its not fair that Ward keeps expecting accolades and large Money Mayweather style purses based on a few fights he won 5 years ago. While other fighters take punches 3-4 times a year and put in that work, spill their blood and sweat. Its time to wake up.

    He fights guys who stand in front him with not head or lateral movement ex. Kessler, Abe and Froch. Guys who have no defensive technique and don't know how to bend their waist and knees and always stand straight upward.

    Agnew will have to cut weight in 3 weeks. He will be in "outstanding" shape, so Ward got what he wanted -- an opponent who can't really fight back :nono

    To my knowledge Ward has never fought in Nevada. Haven't the majority of mismatches over the past year or two taken place outside of Nevada? Wasn't Garcia vs Salka in New York? I'm glad they blocked it. Because this is a very popular fight. Probably the 2nd biggest fight of the year next to Floyd vs Manny. Andre Ward doesn't deserve to be on this card. It wont look good for Nevada, boxing and for Andre himself. Beating up on a guy who had only 3 weeks to prepare. Ward should just sit out the rest of the year and enjoy his Thanksgiving turkey and Christmas Ham!
