Andre Ward is on his way to having a HOF career, but the best fighter of the last 20 years is without a doubt Floyd Mayweather, and I wouldn't say Floyd is one of the top 10 greatest of all time.

No way. Not enough talent in those weightclasses to do it. He's pretty much cleaned out 168 and even if he moves up to 175 there's no one there especially since he will have already fought Dawson. Ward isn't big enough to fight at CW so 175 would be his last stop IMO. He could be considered a HOF or even an ATG when he's done but a top 10 ATG I just don't see it.

No chance. Forget about the lack of quality competition available. Ward just doesn't have those types of skills or talent to get to that level. No shame in that, but throw him in the better eras of boxing in the light heavyweight division (before the inception of super middleweight), and he wouldn't stack up favorably at all.

He's a very good super middleweight and should develop into a very solid light heavyweight, but he's more along the lines of a Buddy McGirt talent than an elite all-time great one.

Canelo will eventually move up and so will chavez jr. Groves and to a lesser extent - DeGale could be as big as Froch in a few years. If Ward hangs around SMW theres big things in store.

As Ward fan, I hate this kind of talk. Much like I hate espn bigging up my niners as superbowl contenders. I HATE IT. He won a tournament, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Top 10 ATG? I don't think so bro. He's not even close. And even if he does end up dominating his niche of boxing. This era is so watered down, it's nearly impossible for any fighter to make the top the top 10. Like I said, I'm a huge Ward fan, but this is small potatos. And I personally need to see some inprovement. Some of his skills need polishing imo. I'm excited to see his evolution though. Much work to be done.

How about stepping down to a catchweight to fight Maravilla, that would be some ****.

Its all opinion. If he stays at the top dominating till he's 34/35 then why not? He's brilliant
