Andre Ward: G.O.A.T or Billy Goat?

    Which will prove to be a more true statement? That Ward is a phenom that will prove all the haters wrong, that he doesn't need refs or head ramming or holding and hitting or hometown anything, he doesn't need low blows and fouling, that instead he is a Class A fighter that makes other so called great fighters look like fools or...........that one day, yes we may even put G.O.A.T by his name

    That he was a hype job and a fouler. A stand out amateur who had marketability that Goosen saw and got him homer refs and hometown fights and although fans tried to ride him as hard as they could, the Billy Goat eventually threw them all off and rammed his way out of contention, out of respect and out of the boxing elite. An almost was to a not really ever anything but a Billy Goat.

    After the end of the Super Six what will we be saying about Ward? In which direction will he be heading? G.O.A.T. or Billy Goat?

    Ward is a proven Billy Goat. His billy goat head butt from left field was intentional, no doubt about it. Ward counted on his referee to cover for him.

    Ward refused to fight in the tournament unless he had "all" his fights in his home town. Why?

    itz because ward really likez hiz hometown and ward waz aware ahead of time that he would intentionally head butt kessler because ward waz counting on his referee to cover for him

    later that nite ward robbed a bank and the referee drove the get away car

    Far too early to tell. Pretty good start to his career though and if he wins Super Six he'll have a decent head start but he'll need to keep that form up.

    The round 8 headbutt was very goat-like. He has all the skills to win fights fairly, so why deliberately headbutt opponents? And if you don't think that particular headbutt was deliberate, you need a trip to the opticians.
