I dont talk about Mayweather and GGG, get your goddamn facts straight. I have said multiple times that fight makes no sense and people should stop bringing it up unless FMJ does like some say and takes a belt at 160. Ya K2 has said if they were offered it at 154 they would take it - but only when asked - because, duh, money. If Ward or anyone was offered that payday they would take it, you better believe Ward's emaciated skeleton would walk into the ring for a FMJ payday. Cause, money.

Quillin is a belt holder at 160, who has called out GGG as well. That fight should be made. For the record I have said multiple times its a damn shame how GBP treats Quillin. Ya I do think GGG starches Quillin but so what, I think Quillin would take the fight but Haymon and Schaeffer wont let him take a **** without supervision let alone fight someone dangerous, anyone dangerous, who is with a different promoter now that he has a belt. Not Kid Undercards fault really but a damn shame nonetheless.

And yeah - it was not GGG who declined the fight. Its Team Lara who has declined to follow up on Laras tweeting, and attempting to actually make the fight. Its Team Lara who has talked the talk here but declined to walk the walk. Loeffler has indicated if GBP gets HBO to approve the fight it can get made.

So, what are they waiting for? I am pretty certain Haymon and Schaeffer both have phones and both have Hershman's phone number.

I'll let the Quillin and Mayweather thing slide. That's a common thing I hear said regarding them from GGG's fans, but obviously you're a little more rational.

and Team Lara aren't allowed to walk to walk because GGG's team shut him down before things could get started. After Lara called GGG out, all K2 could respond with was

    Tom Loeffler ‏@TomLoeffler1 15h
@MarkEOrtega he is not approved by HBO and never on our radar, he should be calling out Quillin, if he wins, he becomes interesting

    Tom Loeffler ‏@TomLoeffler1 15h
@MarkEOrtega Lara fights on Showtime and had draws with Vanes and Molina, GGG vs Stevens=high ratings, who watches Lara?

    Tom Loeffler ‏@TomLoeffler1 3h
@RedZone_Moss @MarkEOrtega @Hector_gomez810 Lara fights on Showtime and is Jr Middle, why would he be on our radar?

    Tom Loeffler ‏@TomLoeffler1 2h
@MarkEOrtega Lara should call out Floyd, same promoter same TV and he beats both Khan and Maidana, should be EZ fight to make

why do people keep bringing up Lara....this is the guy who went life and death with Angulo....Lara is the most overhyped fighter in the game....Angulo is fighting Canelo and everyone said Alfredo is a bum....yet this bum was neck and neck with the great Lara...

if it hasn't already been said...

**** off Andre, you were claiming you didn't want the fight BEFORE Golovkin made his choice of staying put for a bit longer. so you're the one who's changed his tune you little punk.

fake little tough guy. can't wait until you grow a pair and get violently taken out by Kovalev.

*****. hypocrite. constantly contradicting yourself. cheat.

go and change your tune about fighting Chavez again. get back to telling everyone that it's the fight people want to see. you know, after you was critical when you found out that Froch might get the fight instead.

Ward is not just boring he's a moron , if he takes everything GGG says so seriously, how come he don't remember he once said he could beat Wlad? So what , GGG said he could fight anyone from 154-175 , but now he says he's not ready, Ward said : I can beat Wlad, but I don't hear him calling Wlad out! Stfu and fight stevenson or kovalev instead of looking south

Can one of you Golovkin haters link me to a bit of video footage or an article of the last time he said he'd fight anyone between 154-168 please?

Here's a video of him from June 2013, 8 months ago, saying that his primary focus is on trying to unify at MW.

    1:54 to 3:00 minute mark

And can you link me up with some evidence of him saying that he would fight anyone from 160-175, too?

Firstly I'm a ward fan. The guy is clearly a talent if sometimes ugly to watch with his sometimes legally questionable tactics. Now if GGG were to take a leaf out of wards book he'd insist the fight was in his home town and that Ward came down to 160 as this is exactly what Andre did to Dawson.

I'm all for a guy wanting home fights if that's where he is a massive draw and the money is but Ward isn't filling stadiums in Oakland. Also why doesn't Andre fancy moving up for Stevenson or Kovalev? Plenty of action for him at 175.

Pretty much. First Andre Berto was getting the money he desired, now Golovkin is getting the attention he desires.

Ward seems to be wanting to live off the S6 results. Since then he's fought a weight drained Dawson, tries to fight a shot Pavlik, says Chavez will be a tough opponent, then when it looks like Froch might fight Chavez, Ward calls Chavez the weakest/safest opponent at 168.

Truth is Ward has no real options at 168. Froch, Groves & Kessler don't need him. They can make millions fighting in UK/Germany/Denmark. Bika, Dirrell, Jack are with GB and not stars anyways. Chavez can fight little journeymen like Brian Vera and make more money than Ward. On top of that Ward's style doesn't draw excitement. Dude needs to talk about Golovkin otherwise he's faced with having to move up in weight and fight Kovalev and Stevenson.
