    According to this article, Ward has already fought the best at 168 and 175... leaving him with very few entertaining options left. We all know this. But since he's fought all these fighters, where does he go from here?

    Well while I was reading this article at work, I thought of a very simple solution for Mr. Ward... Just fight everybody.

    I mean why not? This is why I will never understand his stance on fighting Bute. It's not like there's a surplus of competition. And even though the hype ship has sailed in a potential fight between the two, he should fight him anyway. He should fight Bute, Andre & Anthony Dirrell, and a rematch with Kessler (hell maybe even Froch too). Then he should go up and do the same damn thing at lhw.

    I mean if you can't find some epic elite fighter to lock horns with, just fight 'em all. **** it. Hopefully someone comes along by then.

    He should keep himself busy with "OK" fighters and then either fight Bute or rematch Froch. Or hopefully Dirrell can get back on track.

    * Pavlik - 2013
    * Chavez Jr - 2013
    * Winner of Froch vs Bute fights (If Bute wins the 2nd Im sure there will be a 3rd, if Froch wins, then face him again)

    Right there is a decent 2013 while waiting for the next crop of challengers (Dirrell, Stevenson, ect) to gain some clout, which will open up some potential opponents for 2014.

    I dont see the lack of opponents to be honest.

    There's nothing wrong with him fighting Bute. Styles make fights. There's nothing wrong with him taking rematches either. Absolutely nothing. I don't know when everyone became so sour on rematches. AA, Froch, they've both given cause to be acceptable challengers again. And unification bouts are the only thing that more than one title has ever given us that's positive (even though that's technically in spite of and just a way of erasing the damage they do in the first place :lol:).

    I thought the 168 is very good.

    He fought those bums already and he ran out of bums?

    First, find a map and look at areas outsite Jokeland.

    I just don't see how great the 168 really is? There is nothing he can do if he is born in a division with so much less talent.

    Probably go up?

    Maybe I'm crazy but I wouldn't mind seeing the Kessler rematch. In fairness to Mikkel I think he was off his game and bothered by the headbutts in their first fight and his wins over Froch and Green prove he wasn't shot as people assumed after the loss. Why not whip him again if you're Ward?

    A Froch rematch would also be doable if he beats Bute again.

    But I agree, Ward is in a difficult spot of not having enough available opponents to prove his greatness.
