Not "definitely". For all we know, Froch, Ward or Bute could all be 'the man' at 168. Ward-Froch in Las Vegas will probably be remembered for years. Both will be extremely determined to win it, and I seriously hope we get to see to best of them two... please, mid-round brawl to the finish. That's after Ward pisses Froch enough with some class act fouling.

What more could he have done against Green except KO him? He lacks pop so all he can do is dominate decisions, which he clearly did against Green.

And Bika? He's a very awkward and somewhat talented fighter. It was a clear win for Ward. No one looks good against this version of Bika.

 

Expecting Calzaghe fans to shower this thread with tears for Kessler.

 

lol Ward was exposed against Bika, without his cheating, and questionable ''substance'' dealings, he is an average fighter.

Froch will probably KO him as Ward has that shakey chin, but, if its in Oakland, then it will be a bs headbutting affair, FRoch will react and get either DQ'd or docked points.

 

Ward has the potential to be an excellent champion for many years to come. nowhere near 30 he has the potential to do it all. we shall see if it happens

Ward defeated Bika with the best strategy that his own means allowed him. He didn't take any risks against Green and Bika , like he did against Kessler.

errr... no. watch Bute vs. Bika. Bute stood in range rounds 2 to 4, so Bika landed more punches winning them; but all this, while Bute counter him hard with KO body punches; Bika didn's seem affected, but those punches slowed him down; kind of the same way Froch slowed down Abraham hitting him early to the body. So, rounds 5, 6 to 12 were so very clear Bute's rounds. the ideea is Bute took much more risks early on by staying mid-range so that he could throw body-punches. Bika seems "somewhat talented" because he can still throw meaningfull punches while he is heavily atacked.
