Andre Ward has alot of pressure from America on his shoulders at the moment.

Ward is a heavily hyped world champ who so far has been highly praised after beating a rusty, unwell, double visioned, already beaten fighter to win the title (Kessler. Wish him well), not to mention illegal head use. After that he has only defended against A Green a loser to E Miranda.

Ward was able to share some of this weight of America with Andre Dirrell to a degree (not all, as Dirrell had lost to Froch & his only win of note was a DQ over a former MW champ, who hadnt beaten anyone of real note), but now Dirrell has medical problems and is out of action (Wish him well), so Ward is on his own.

Alot of other American fighters around Wards weight have been beaten
    Pavlik
    Dirrell
    Dawson
& Cloud pulled out from fighting Zsolt Erdei in a unification bout, so hasnt had the same high praise.

So, do you think Ward will be able to handle the pressure and remain undefeated or do you think he will lose his 0 also, when matched against other top SMWs like Froch and Bute?

    What do you think?

ward will go exactly the same way as other american hype-jobs like lacy, taylor, pavlik, dawson etc and get well and truely exposed as a hbo / ring magazine hypejob who got hyped well beyond his means by delusional, brainwashed, narrow minded hbo / ring magazine puppetts :deal

Andre Ward was the Outsider here in the UK at the start of the Super Six Tournament!

    I put a Bet on him, £40 @ 12/1!

I said then & I still say now, Ward will win the whole thing!

    He's still improving!

Judging by him managing to get his 3 fights in the super 6 so far at home id say he has a good team around him, so id say he can go for a while but ultimately he will get found out, hes a cagey guy with speed but hell dirty and ultimately ugly style. The hype around him is unreal, when he falls he will really hit hard

Im starting to really admire bailey and HEADGIVER, their love and support for Bernard Hopkins and now Andre Ward is admirable. It's obvious as HEADGIVER has said Ward will be exposed as a ''hbo/ring magazine puppet'', Ward has never fought on HBO, and HEADGIVER has a subscription to The Ring, and always writes very nice letters to them, particularly supporting the section where Bernard Hopkins gives tips about fighting. Well done for insulting those haters guys, I salute you!

Depends who he is facing. I was leaning towards dirrell beating him. I think he is gonna beat all the S6 remaining Fighters. Just don't see someone with an easily visable speed disadvantage beating ward. He will smother them and make them reluctant to swing by landing alot of shots while receiving nothing significant.

The only guys I would give a chance to beat Ward at SMW are Dirrell and Bute. They both have enough hand and foot speed , as well as accuracy to keep ward from getting in without paying. Froch and AA would only have a punchers chance due to the lack of footspeed and need for space to throw power shots. With Dirrell, Ward will be in there for the first time without a speed advantage and dirrell is very accurate and slightly underated with his power. Bute who I don't think is as fast as dirrell but is very close to ward brings power, accuracy, footwork and an increasingly strong body attack. Both would be very dangerous fights and I would only give them a chance against Ward. I think they are the only ones who can make ward worry about some things.

i just cut through the hype and delusional brainwashing and deliver incisive cutting edge analysis to identify hypejobs before they are exposed :deal

i told everyone on numerous occasions before dawson, devon alexander and mosley were all recently exposed in their most recent outings against the bookmakers odds, infact my prediction record on esb is impeccable :deal

if you choose not to heed my advice then that is up to you . . . . . but by looking at you repulsive vcash total, you could do a lot worse than studying my incisive opinion and learning from an elite ATG ESB TITAN

i don't fall for hype and bias tv / ring comic brainwashing, i see boxing for what it is and i deliver on a regular basis. ward will be exposed, he is already hyped well beyond his means. my next big prediction was gonna be that dirrell would absoloutely school ward but that has been blown out of the water because of dirrells disgraceful mentality :dead

What are you talking about? I have stated my admiration for you! When will your next letter to The Ring be? What will it be based on? What do you make of Ward never fighting on HBO even though certain haters call him a ''hbo/ring magazine puppet''? Crazy stuff, keep up the good work. My favorite posts of yours have been when you hailed Roy Jones Jr, James Toney and Evander Holyfield as the greats they are and laugh in the face of those who doubt it.

    THe question should really be

    Can he head butt it?
Can he fight anywhere o/s his own home town?

Dont know why everyone is mentioning Bute. Bute is getting way too much hype.
I think that Wards kriptonite is Froch.

I think Ward will win the super six, he matches up really well against Froch and Abraham. Not sure what he does after the super six because there are some big fights that could be made like Ward-Bute, Ward-Pascal, or Ward-Dawson so we'll have to see what he does. But I do believe that he will live up to the hype.

Your vcash total proves that you have no clue how to spell boxing let alone guess a winner.
