Lol, look how hard Jack is trying to find 10 great British fighters over the last 100 years.

Guaranteed he names Chris Eubanks and Nigel Benn lol!

The only one who fought a great American champion was Benn. and he was getting his ass kicked until he rabbit punched McClellan until he was ******ed. Which is what you expect fighting in England.

None of which had the balls to fight Roy or Toney. Which was smart considering they struggled with guys like Malinga who Roy made his *****.

    In no particular order:

    Lennox Lewis
    Bob Fitzsimmons
    Jimmy Wilde
    Ken Buchanan
    John Conteh
    Ted 'Kid' Lewis
    Benny Lynch
    Joe Calzaghe
    Jim Driscoll
    Jack 'Kid' Berg

That's just off the top of my head though, so I could probably make a better list. Going by the population, can you name a list of 50 better American fighters? If you can, I'll concede that America produces better fighters.

It may be a pointless exercise because your boxing knowledge is so limited, but lets see, eh?
Has Britain shrunk or something? As far as I know, the country was the same size when we conquered half the world.

Similarly numbered? What does that even mean? I don't understand what you mean by "numbered". Numbered by whom?

On that list you have four duckers, one PED user, one suspected PED user, one coward, two who lack heart, two blatant cheats, a woman beater, a wannabe gangster and seven hypejobs. USA, USA, USA!!!
That list is obviously wrong. I've been to many countries on that list and I can tell you that. Where have you been?

The idea that Ireland should be above Switzerland or New Zealand is absolutely laughable. No way should America be above New Zealand. It's almost like the list was derived by American's, in America , by an American organization...

    ...oh.

    I agree.

1- Ward did not have to make this kind of fight to beat Green. His trainer should have make him fight in another way. The fight would have been a better show and now he seems predictable.
2- I dont want to say the ref was bought or something, but sometimes he just put himself on Green, then push him a couple of steps until he was in the cable and then make some inside fighting. Last time I checked, I dont think that pushing is legal. But we have to give him credit, he was always on the edge between legal and not.
3- For sure this style is very effective against a lot of fighters, he won every round, but I dont think that in the long run its good for him to fight like that. Either to make fans with the casual (you need to have more exiting fights) or trying not to be too predictable when he will face a better fighter.

oh boy, haterz and hype-mongers abound.....
Ward's continued success will never diminish this lot, but i guess that's THEIR problem lol.... keep on hating if thats all they're about, good for them.

As for the hype. Any successful fighter gets hyped. Some deserve it, some dont. So far, he's pitching a pretty big shut-out in the tournament. The only ones who dont see him winning are the very same haters and hype-mongers.... wonder what they may say if he truly succeeds in sweeping the Super 6 altogether? What will they say if he loses the final fight? I told you so? Everyone in the tournament has suffered a loss. Would it be inconceivable to receive a loss among such top competition over a period of fights???

    Get real.....
