Ward a little out of line saying Wilder won’t take the rematch. It is One thing to criticize his performance, flaws and acknowledge he lost. Don’t go mind reading into his heart and character - not as a fellow boxer yourself. Leave that stuff to the internet.

Not when its about one of the only men in boxing not calling him derogatory names and questioning his wins.
Ward never goes at Floyds throat like that and that cretin never has a good thing to say about him.
He called out Wilders heart, not his skill, how the hell does he know if Deontay wants the rematch or not? He's giving opinions, not truth.

Your comment was just a snide, immature and pointless remark. It was an ad hominem attack that just looks petty.

Good, that was my intent. After all, Ward's comment was a hypocritical, snide, immature, pointless, ad hominem attack that just looks petty. Turnabout is fair play.

Gotta agree with this, it seemed like a very hater-ish comment. "Oh this guy will run from the rematch". Like why even say **** like that?

I think you guys are misinterpreting what Ward was saying. Fury is a spoiler..and this was not an actioned packed fight aside from the knockdowns . Pacquiao and Marquez didn't fight an immediate rematch. Wilder vs Joshua would be a much bigger and better fight. Tyson Fury didnt exactly say he wanted a rematch either. Have you sent someone a text and they completely misunderstood it?

Andre Ward is a nasty piece of work. He's not only the dirtiest boxer I've ever seen, he's dishonest, smug, arrogant, selfish, and doesn't have the slightest bit of respect for others.

For all his flaws, Wilder at least gets exciting KOs and knockdowns, instead of low-blow fake TKOs from dodgy refs and decisions after grappling, head-butting and otherwise fouling all fight.

Let's just wait and see whether Ward was right or not. And if/when Wilder agrees to fight Fury again, then you can say that Ward was hating...

Ward is right. Wilder is just a heavyweight Joe Smith Jr.

One thing we can take from the weekend is Ward ain't ever fighting @ heavyweight.

    I can’t see him competing @ 200lbs either.

I think he comes back @ 175 and stays put, he might go down to 168 if a big fight was available

Ward is a small 175lber, probably could make 168 easy if he tried

I'm not sure what Ward has done wrong there. He doesn't think the rematch will happen. He might be right, he might be wrong. Just like you and me.
