In a strange twist of irony, you actually should have said Bute.

Andre Ward is the **** man, I saw him fight live in a special SHOWTIME event in the Cayman Islands and I was sold from there on.

Ward is p4p #5 right now skill wise. I have no doubt he will beat allan green and likely tko him. He would punish bute into submission and give him a boxing lesson.

Ward is a gob of ****, but he's probably better than the other 5 "B-" level fighters in the tourney.

Since Mayweather won his first title fight he has fought in:

    Las Vegas
    New Jersey
    Florida
    Michigan
    Oregon
    California

This fighting at the MGM Grand just happened recently, and if fighting in Vegas is home field advantage for Mayweather, then Switzerland isn't neutral. NSAC doesn't deal to heavy in hometown decisions.

I have to say Green takes this one. Probably by highlight reel KO.

After watching enough of both of them no way does Ward make Green miss like he did Kessler. Green is a different kind of offense.

People don't realize that Green was not 100% for that Miranda fight. At least by his own account. That's the only blemish on his record and in fights he hasn't scored the KO he's handily won.

Im taking Green by tko too. Severely underestimated, and probably down to the Miranda shambles.

He got a debateable decision against Emmett Linton, a C level former JMW. Allan Green has a big left hook, that is it. If you can avoid that punch, you can beat Green. His defense is pedestrian and his chin is questionable. Ward will win a comfortable decision.

I'm dissapointed.:-( You're supposed to be a chinchecker. Allan Green was knocked down and almost knocked out by Donnie McCrary. McCrary is a journyman who couldn't even crack Codrington's pathetic chin. There are questions about Ward's chin, but it's better than Green's. Remember, Ward wasn't so much as stunned by Miranda and bullied him around the ring. Green was hurt 3 times and knocked down twice by Miranda and lost a decision to him.

Ward will only fight within his own home town. Green will be cheated as needed.

I disagree, but I see where you're coming from. I think this is what Green was talking about on Fight Camp 360 when he said Kessler can't speak jive, and therefore couldn't understand Ward, but Green DOES speak jive. Funny analogy.
