    Consider?
If its just a consideration he may consider it and decide not to.

I wonder if Groves will ever fight like he did against Froch again. I was one of the few who picked Groves to win (placed 2 bets one for a win the other for a KO win), but wonder now if Groves will fight with greater concern about being stopped and getting in trouble and not fight with the same intensity that he did before and not mix it up and trade. I wonder if that could cost him if he loses that edge in tough fights. Hope not.

Why is Ward looking to fight someone who is coming off a loss? I dont think the fight should have been stopped when it was, but we will never know. Why not look for a world champ? Or someone undefeated with pedigree?

Did Ward say he was considering Froch also?
Ward has not fought a hard punching mover that I recall, he didnt face Bute.
Will be interesting to see what happens

Why do you want to see him against Steiglitz? Is it for the title because Steiglitz has been beaten a few times before at a lower level.

He seems hes improving, plus its someone new and he has a belt, i dont wanna see a Froch rematch

Groves vs Stieglitz would be good Ward fights the winner

    GREAT fight

Ward's chin and power are no where near Carl's
Carl's skill is nowhere near Groves'

I'd favour Ward pretty heavily, but @ 168 Groves has as good a shot as anyone

At least Andre has the stones to fight Groves. We know Froch doesn't have the stomach to do it again.

It makes for a solid fight as Groves is a much better boxer than Froch, is quicker and has more power. I think Ward-Groves would be a far more exciting fight than watching Carl get beat pillar to post again by Andre.

Groves should have a couple of fights to get a bit of distance between the Froch fight before a accepts a Ward fight. after that, it's all good.

but, where would it take place? if it's in the states, George should swerve it. Ward would cheat worse than he's ever done before in this one. he'd be grabbing, using elbows and headbutts until the cows come home.

if it's the UK, lets get it on.

That should be a good fight and a good chance for Groves -after all he was gunning for a title, against Froch. Stieglitz v Groves is an even better option for Groves. Will he fight the same, after being (presumably) robbed against Froch? Well, it's in his hands - be a cry baby or come back even stronger and more focused. A few boxers staged remarkable comeback this year, so why not Groves?

The problem with Ward is that he refuses to fight anywhere except his home turf with his personal referee, judges, boxing commission, etc.

Groves? Stevenson called Ward out, said he would even come down to 168, but Ward refuses to even answer Stevenson................Ward has everything his own way.............

Some good points raised - Where would the fight take place? Ward does not seem interested to face Froch in the UK and was never the away fighter in the S6.
Im guessing Groves would have to go to Oakland?

When was the last time Ward was hurt or knocked down?. He took punches from the likes of Froch, Kessler and Abraham without any problems.
