Andre Ward is CLEARLY the p4p #1 and will be for the future.

Ward and Sergio were a wash for a while but given Sergio's last 2 opponents Ward has the edge.

The man has cleared his division and fought nothing but the best back to back to back for the last 2 and a half years. Even his fight after the dirrell postponement with Sakio Bika. A non-tournament fight.

Pac walking through bradley was impressive. Since I cant count the ortiz fight, between retirements Floyd hasnt really done much in the welterweight division.

Look at someone like delahoya's career resume of opponents, then look at floyds. Now consider in that Oscars been retired for the last 5 years. Its laughable.

The guy hasnt lost a fight since he was 12. Hes still young. He's an Olympic Gold Medalist. Polished. Can fight an ugly fight and bust you up on the inside, or take you out from the outside. Never takes rounds off.One of the best jabs in the sport.

    Show this man some respect.

P4P is nothing but a marketing tool. It muight give one guy bragging rights, but it means very little in the real world of boxing. It doesn't necessarily make you a star, a champ, or rich.

As much as I like Andre, Floyd just beat Cotto and Ward hasn't fought this year.

I think Andre will get to #1, but he's not there yet.

Andre can't beat Froch in a re-match in Nottingham with an hour's sleep and his shoelaces untied with a 100 degree fever. No way is he P4P #1

    Sincerely,
Every butt hurt Euro fanboy ever!!!!!

I have no problems with that at all except there is 1 guy named Money who's better than he is, but that's just the politics of dancing......

I respect your choices but Pac should still be ahead of Ward at this point. Things will probably change in the next 2 years or so and your list would be correct although I dont see Vlad as numero 2
