I've been struggling to avoid participating in threads containing the over zealous subjective opinions of both Kovalev fans and Ward fans alike. This a true pickem fight I actually lean towards Kovalev at the moment I think I've been switching on and off and I need to ignore the self-righteous pricks on these boards that have turned me off to SK because of their mindless destructive inbred beliefs. Ward has a great boxing mind one rarely seen through the history of the sport anyone denying that is a simpleton. That being said SK is savvy enough to find his spots in the fight and land something big enough to either sway the complexion or stop Ward while he's ahead on the cards.

This is going to be a very interesting fight and is a 50/50 proposition no matter how you look at it. Kovalev can make it look easy if he gets a good shot early and ends the fight like Jabobs vs Quillin. I don't think that will happen because Ward is a far superior fighter than Quillin and is aware of that possibility. He will be very hard to hit with a solid shot. What interests me is how Kovalev will deal with the boxing and hard precision shots that he will be receiving from Ward. He is going to get hit more than he has ever been hit and he will miss more than he has ever missed. Will that frustrate him and take him off his game? Ward has to deal with more knock out pressure than he has ever has to deal with. Can he handle it? Good fight and I believe that ring generalship will dictate who wins this fight.

To be fair he went down from being off balance not from being hurt. That being said i think Ward wins this fight. No doubt about it.

Care to post proof IE a GIF where he looks fast? My eye's are very good for boxing sir, so I'd like to see what you have, respectfully.

Most (96%) of the posters here can't talk boxing, so I'd love a good debate. I think some of the way Kovalev moves his feet allow him to get to the target sooner, by efficent movement, not really because of his natural speed.

I can't rattle off something specific without trying to look at YouTube's , but I think in the pascal fight I remember seeing him demonstrate some quick twitch in response to pascals herky-jerky movement. Bottom line I know I've seen it
