Andre Ward makes 4 major mistakes which Kovelev will capitalize - John Johnson

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by Primal Pledge, Feb 25, 2016.

  1. You heard it right there from my boy John D Jackson , you can watch the full interview on youtube, because this is how it's gonna go down. Johson has already perfected the gameplan to end this fool.

I promise, you if this fraud EVER finds the courage to get in the ring to fight, then Kovalev will break Ward's will until he is no more. He won't be troubled at all by Andres' showtime, 'punches for the judges'. Ward will have all has all reasons in the world to backpedal, headbutt and clinch, because if he does not, the faster he'll be systematiclally broken down by Kovalev's might and precision.

Some of you nuthuggers who drool over Ward's record from nearly a decade ago, need to recognise that Kovalev is relentless in his offensive and he does not give much if any space, respect and time to his opponents - he pursues you until he breaks and ends you completely. Ward won't be able to keep him off of him, he'll be on that trouble makers ass like a baby's rash.

Kovalev isn't just some bar brawler puncher, he is a boxer and can cut off the ring and overwhelm any slick showtime ****. Once he lands 10-20 hammers s on this cross eyed mother****ers head, then the fight is basically OVER! and ward will be no different to any other of Sergey's victims of the past.

Ward knows he's in a hell of a fight if he steps in the ring with Kovalev, that's why he's asking for all these warm up fights, and playing these political mind games and spin, because if he wasn't scared he'd fight Sergy right now, just like he jumped at the opportunity to get in the ring with fat BUM Paul Smith.

How is Ward a fraud when he won the super 6 and cleared out 168?

lol Everyone has flaws in their game. The question is whether Kovalev can take advantage of them.

I hope you don't get too upset if Ward beats him.

Do you notice these flaws that Jackson claims he does? What are they? Forget about the Boone knockdown that was 10 years ago and Ward was drained down to 160. Virgil could have really got Ward hurt by making boil down to 160. Crazy.

Boone dropped Kovalev aswell tho, so thats a bad point

  8. Super 6, how long ago was that, son?

There's new blood in the division which Ward ain't touched, because he knows his ass will get tested.

And he don't want no tough tests. This is why there is all this stalling, postering and Virgil fronting for his ass, telling dummies like you, that he'll fight the kovalev's of this world, when his body is ready.

And then you got these shameless pos turning up on HBO sports telling the world ''what's the rush'' when asked about stepping in the ring with the top fighters of today,

THAT'S WHY YOUR BOY IS A FRAUD.

I agree and Ward was a drained 160. Virgil's experiment backfired.

4 "major" mistakes? I dunno man. I'm not a big fan of Ward but he doesn't seem to make many mistakes when I watch him. He has weaknesses (as does every fighter) but there's nothing that stands out that's waiting to be exploited.

JDJ obviously knows more about boxing than me though, so maybe the little things I notice stand out like a beacon to him.

Not really. Ward does(or did) everything well in my opinion. I'm sure Jackson will come up with a plan but at this point, I think he is just blowing smoke.

Its obvious that Ward wants to secure three 2 million dollar paydays before he takes the chance of getting beat.

Who the heck is John D Johnson?

Never heard of him. So I'm not sure his opinion carries much weight.

Ward's biggest problem is he isn't going to be able to bend below the waist like he usually does nor will he be able to clinch, grab, and hold like he usually does it simply won't work against Kovalev.

Then, there is that savage power he is going to have to deal with.....
