But that's how HBO operates. Folks on ESB used to applaud Larry Merchant for the same thing.

Don't hold your breath Ward. The "Fatty Crybaby" still needs to make weight. Also don't you need to be concentrate on Edwin Rodriguez?

he didn't sound biased at all. you guys just want him to sound biased so every comment he makes during the fight that you want to hear is amplified x10 in your heads so you can complain on the forums.

Ward would happily give up pounds to fight Chavez, he's that desperate for the cash. Only true light heavies, like Chad Dawson, need to drain all the way to the 168 limit.

Ward won the Super Six and that gives him some room for some easy fights, but he's starting to annoy me. He's already made terrible career moves in not doing a Froch rematch in the UK for a seven figure payday, nor that proposed 2 fight deal with Adonis for the same. Instead he's remained inactive and is now fighting a prospect who few know much about.

Everyone has to come to Oakland. Everyone has to meet his demands.

He's the champ, but he's also not a name draw or star of any kind due to both his very boring fighting style and his even more boring personality that is entirely lacking in any kind of charisma what so ever.

He needs to move to LHW, a division that's going to become very hot and stop chasing around Chavez Jr, who's a C level fighter and has no business in the ring with an A level fighter.

Ward is bad for boxing. An extremely good fighter that's an extreme buzz kill in and out of the ring.

Ward was praying that another option - any other option - would present itself and enable him to continue ducking the lucrative rematch with Carl 'Money' Froch, in England :deal .
