    Because Ward is retired?

He's inactive, but not yet retired.

Ward has no one to fight at 168, why won't he fight Pascal or Kovcalev at 175?

I think what he's saying is that he doesn't need to fight Kovalev to prove himself as a great/top p4p fighter. He already put in that work, one fight after the other I might add.

So him not moving up to fight Kovalev yettakes nothing away from him.

GGG on the other hand can wipe out his whole division, and there's really no one there to be impressed with. Cotto is a welterweight, JCCJr is a level above bum, and Kid Chocolate is as unproven as he is without anywhere near the promise. What does he would gain more moving up than he would in his own weight class, so what's taking him so long?

Well why doesn't Ward move down to 160, he's the one who at this moment needs the fight.

Golovkin has the hype train in full motion, a Kazakh filling out arenas something Ward struggles to do. All the while walking through good challengers whilst Ward is left to commentate on Golovkins fights

Golovkin is the one in the driving seat.

Because the people who hate Golovkin are demanding he move up in weight and fight Andre Ward.

Nobody is worthy enough at this point. Ward will come back when somebody is worthy enough.

    Ward doesn't travel.

He needs his home refs who let him use illegal tactics.
