Who on earth said Khan was better than Bradley?

 

It is funny that back in 2010-11 when Bradley/Khan was one of the better fights in boxing to be made, the vast majority of posters believed Khan would win and believed that Khan was the future star and that Bradley was just a zero-padding, light punching titlist who got lucky time and time again. I think we are far enough removed to say that while we will never know, you guys were wrong.

Years ago when things were still pretty open between Bradley, Alexander, and Khan I could see somebody preferring Amir (who does have some skill and elite athleticism), but nobody in their right mind should be making that choice in 2013 or today.

 

Amir offered Bradley out face to face and Tim tucked.

Well I absolutely agree with that.

But safe to say those who thought Khan would "own" Bradley and was on his way to being a superstar and that anyone who didn't believe that was an idiot... I think it's safe to say that those folks were flat wrong.

 

So if Fighter X is offered a fight with Amir Khan at his natural fighting weight, then Fighter X moving up a division to face Manny Pacquiao is an automatic duck of Amir Khan?

The only way that is possible is if you think that Amir Khan, at that time, was better than Manny Pacquiao.

Besides, facts are that the offer to face Khan would have paid Bradley 1.4M. His fighting Pacquiao instead guaranteed him 5M.
