    Speculation often comes BEFORE being proven as a cheater... why would people begin to speculate after its already been proven?

    The guy is using a infamously known dr..... THATS when people start speculating.

    its not like people are seeing a performance, or seeing muscles, or have completely nothing to go on, and THEN saying hes juicing.... hes hired a guy with that sort of history, its completely natural to speculate.
