Sadly it looks a lot like the "old" cyclist setup - A IHT-mashine plus EPO or a drug to the same effect. If drug-tests show a high number of red-blodshells then you simply explain it with the IHT-mashine. Not a prove, but sadly another indication, that there is a fire to the smoke
