    just found this video. It is actually great and most of his advice can be easily applied. I tried doing more body jabs in sparring today, boy do they work well

    Boxers should learn from Ward how to always fight in your home town with your referee, judges, boxing commission, etc., looks like Froch learned that from Ward..............also, never take a PED test, that appears to be Ward's advice?!
