I agree. I would love to see this fight and many others that might not happen because of the business and political sides of boxing. :good

Happy for him, I don't really like him much as a fighter but he's a big talent and it'd be a huge shame to see him waste or end his career prematurely, hopefully he can get back into business soon.

Good to hear that the REAL P4P KING should be returning to the ring sooner rather than later.

ward still needs to show he's at that level, he was #1 but you can't pretend he's still carrying that momentum. i expect froch would insist on it being in england, like it or not he has the profile and is the draw. ward has a lot to gain by coming over and unifying. as attaboi says he ain't ppv, this is probably his quickest route.

    Lie.
Reporter to Froch after Kessler rematch. ahh ahh I will like a third fight with Kessler in Denmark.

The funniest of all ""He's a very, very good fighter and he beat me fair and square, he outpointed me. But he's messy, he's up close, he's awkward. He really is a bit of a spoiler. He's not somebody I'd be excited about getting in the ring with"

As a Ward fan, I prefer the rematch be in England just prove to Froch and his fans that the first fight was not a Fluke.

From a stylistic point, I think Froch will be a good toonup for Ward in his comeback.

Agreed. While Froch is a very good fighter in his own right, he's levels below a master craftsman like Ward.

It would be an outstanding tune-up fight for Ward.

The Triple Duck can no longer use Andre Ward's promotional issues as an excuse to duck him anymore...

Heres Froch saying basically what his promoter did.

Saying it would be nice to avenge his loss, but that Ward is "at the back of his list" and that its "not a big fight" that "TV doesnt want it"

    Has any of that changed?

finally! i think froch would be more bothered by saying no than losing at home. i still maintain if ward had kept fighting we'd either already have seen a rematch or be on the verge of it. froch really couldn't do any more, ward could have done plenty.

funny that ward has had to change promoters to fight again and some STILL wanna pretend he's been willing and able! mind you, some call froch a ducker while bigging up quillin! has he signed yet? has he signed yet?

Anybody else concerned this will lead to MORE legal trouble and inactivity?

He wouldnt say yes, he wouldnt say no.

He'd probably just ignore Ward. Like most fighters do when some other fighter calls them out at ringside.

Its not like making a snap decision a few minutes after a fight is a time where a fighter is going to make a decision about his next fight, without consulting his promoter!

what's funny is you lot still pretend ward's been available. froch was on record repeatedly saying he wanted to avenge his defeats. unfortunately ward is only just looking like coming back.

I don't understand why you're bringing quillin into this matter. Besides no one is denying that quillin has ducked certain fighters at 160.:patsch
