Does that mean that he cheated with the wrapping? Wouldn't he notice if it was broken? Wouldn't the hand become stiff or sore when cold?

I'm not saying he did it, but I'm asking the question. Is there a doctor here?

I had him winning 119-109, so I'm not against the guy like that.

He hurt it sparring a week before the fight, iced it nonstop and fought regardles. Then he felt it go again in the 6th round.

I need to say that's very impressive to take on a Warrior like Froch with this kind of injury!

    Props to Ward !

Yep. Ward has the perfect mental attitude for boxing, in and out of the ring. Combine that with his physical talents and that's a formidable foe you're dealing with.

True dat. Just hate for people to spoil Wards accomplishment by saying that he needs to prove he's a top fighter by fighting Bute. He's already proved he's the real deal. Bute has more to prove IMO.

one day somebody will have to give Bute a chance to face a A level fighter since he beat all the B level in a superb way! He call them all !

But you're right this is not the place to talk about this!

I wouldn't class being knocked OUT as a superb way to win.. but horses for courses.

Maybe Ward needs to learn one more lesson from Mayweather:

Give your hands time to heal, completely. I know this was not possible during the tournament, but now, don't try to fight again too early.
