    He just fought Krusher twice in a row so he can fight Ronald McDonald for all I care. This is clearly a stay busy/ pay check fight.

    I'd rather see Ward face another top light heavy in his next fight, a match with Gvozdyk would be good.

    By the time he fights next he'll be close to 34 and doesn't have a lot of years as a top fighter left in him.

    If he does take an easy type of fight next then I hope HBO holds firm and doesn't buy the fight. The fewer mismatches on HBO the better.

    The real reason diva Ward retired, HBO wouldn't approve his bum fight. Expect we'll see him against the winner of Bellew/Haye II next year.

    I heard that it was because they thought Ward / Beterbiev would do really good numbers and that he ought to fight him next ;)
