Andre Ward to fight on 3/26 in Oakland according to large Dan

Barrera would be a top fight for his first fight at 175

 

I am afraid his knee may become a problem again

 

I'd favor Barrera over Ward outside of Commiefornia with NO Jack Reiss

 

Ward only fights in Oakland Ca Cheatweather only fought in Vegas. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know why LOL

 

Big step up for Andre.

This seems to be Ward's modus operandi, despite being one of the most talented fighters of his era.

I think Ward will fight Periban in late March at a 172 catchweight, then Barrera in September or November at 175, and spend time calling out Kovalev, while avoiding Fonfara -- while justifying himself with the old chestnut that Fonfara is "not a big enough draw."

Potentially another wasted year in the career of Andre Ward. As someone else mentioned on their thread about fighters who need to step it up, Andre Ward really needs a busy and productive 2016, having meaningful fights at the 175 weight limit.

 

hes going to fight kovalev....prob next year.....and when he does it will be better than anything ggg will accomplish.....u think ward needs to step it up this year? hes two years younger than ggg and already has a better career...
