On ESB, Ward threads are like serving Remy to bootleg Gin guzzlers.

The appreciation for the sport's Creame De Creame; Mayweather, Ward, BHOP, Rigo, Lara, Roman Gonzalez, requires above average Ring IQ and comprehension.
Those with low RIQs tend to get confused and sleepy, their brains too limited to understand the intimate dynamics of the sport, so instead they focus their attention on idle gossip and speculation.
Whomever is in line to be in the ring with Ward in March, is due for a serious ass whipping.

Your comparison of Ward's resume and Golovkin's resume is true enough.

But the point I was making was that, having fought one guy in the last 2 years (because of injury and a promotional dispute / bad management), Ward should be fully capitalising on his talent, and fervently making up for this lost time by beating a Sullivan Barrera-level opponent; then perhaps brushing aside a Fonfara or a Pascal (or both) at 175, then gunning for Kovalev.

What I don't want to see Ward do at 175, is mess around fighting Glen Johnson or Sakio Bika. What does beating either of those guys really do for Ward at this stage?

  3. So you understand the Cuban School of boxing and why Berrera is gunna mop Andre Ward

I am surprised that people believe that Ward will fight Barrera after choices he tried to make recently.

  5. Andre Ward is an excellent fighter and I hope he fights Barrera.

Likewise, as a Cuban, I hope they do not try to skimp Berrera and that Berrera schools Ward.

Sullivan Barrera is a good scalp, good fight for first fight at 175lbs.

Waiting to see what Ward's "Master Plan" is.

Would love to see Ward-Fonfara now that you brought it up.

GGG has nothing to do with Ward fighting fat out of shape SMW's at LHW.

GGG also has nothing to do with Ward being terrified of Stevenson and Kovalev

So in short Ward is a cherry picking puss'y.

    :hi:

Then Ward vs Beterbiev at some point, if he beats Kovalev?

I like Ward; I admire his talent and skill level, and would like to see him try and clean out the Light Heavyweight division.

  13. I think both Kova and Ward should fight Beterbiev.

So would I. It's an excellent test -- and possible showcase -- for Ward against a big Light Heavyweight with a good chin, who brings, ruggedness, a high workrate, and constant pressure.

  15. If rumors are to be believed network desputes seem to be slowing down a bit.
