You're right, he wants to test his abilities against Froch. Ward has never faced anyone that good, oh that's right, he already kicked Froch's ass. Furthermore, Ward clearly stated he would like to fight Bute if Bute wins.

 

So he shouldn't fight him because you think he beats him anyway ?
Go for what's left from Pavlik instead ?

ah! well yeah that'd completely obvious..... Ward is the #1 SMW so it don't get better than that. I thought you were stating Ward would easily beat Butes best opposition which I disagreed with as I think he'd beat Glen Johnson and Andrade but not as convincingly as Bute, just as he beat Bika and Miranda not as convicingly. Ward would be by far Butes best opponent and Ward is the #1 SMW. On the flip side Bute would be Wards best opponent too. I really hope Ward wants this fight if Bute whups Froch (almost inevitable). Ward would eb aslight favorite but it's as close to 50/50 as you can get at the elite level.

 

It appears that SOB Ward refused to allow Bute to fight in his tournament! SOB Ward was the only boxer who did not have to travel..........

 

Great talent poor moral standards. Think he took part of Froch's soul when he beat him. Ward just became as modest and humble as Rocco Siffredi's ****.

Mixing in-ring talent with outside ring attitude. Ward deserves props but what about Bute? ...How stupid of Ward to swim against the stream. He decided Bute ain't worthy of respect. Why?

 

I dont understand why Bute's fans get so worked up over Ward's tweets. I mean it's WARD, how many people you think follow him?

The super 6 final got what, 6 000 people? :yep Ward has the charisma of a wall and the amount of fans to back that up . I think we're in no real danger of being bothered with too many of his statements. His 40-50 actual fans on twitter are more likely religious nut cases (much like some nut cases on this forum). What you guys need to understand is that 168 boxing fans are separated into 2 big classes:

1. Bute fans.

2. Anti Bute fans.

Andre Ward has earned the right to do whatever he likes and anyone who wants to fight him has to prove they deserve the fight.

EDIT: He has also earned the right to dictate the terms to any wannabe opponent.

 

If Ward, ever mans up and fights Bute he will not beat him handily. He could very possibly get knocked out. I just hope this clown does not go the route of Fraud Mayweather, and start demanding ridiculous things, like fighting in Oakland, after Bute beats Froch.
