Does Ward look a little inbred to anyone else? I can't put my finger on it, something with his eyes makes him look a little....off.

Still difficult fight for ward. Cleverly is fast, great stamina, high punch Output and very good chin. He could trouble ward really bad. But he is doing nothing for ward to prepare him for the krusher

  9. Pfft. Why not take on the guy who most recently BEAT Cleverly in Fonfara?

The fight will appear closer than what a tune-up should look like, for the first 3-4 rounds anyway... I think. I mean Clev and Ward can't really hurt each other, it should be the safest 'over' at 175 in a long time. The cards will favor Ward by a landslide, it's in Oakland. Wonder why he chose a feather fisted dude to prepare for Kovalev's bringing of the pain... given that Barrera didn't find him with his power punches.

And stay classy BE. Don't fawk with Blowloveking cause he a teenager, with a little bit of gold and a pager.

IDK why ppl have a problem with this fight.

While Cleverly lacks the power of top LHWs, he makes up for it with activity.

He's got a solid beard, decent engine, and does quite well behind his jab.

Unless his opponent is hitting him with sledgehammers, Cleverly is right there in his fights.

As for prep for Kovalev....Cleverly is a GOOD pick, since like Kovalev, Cleverly throws in combo, is sharp behind the jab, and has good activity.

Ward by late TKO or 8-4 type decision. :think

Stamina surely isn't one of his strong suits.

Fine tuneup! Ward looked around 80% against barrera. He needs to be 100% for Kovalev.
