Andre Ward vs Carl Froch - Who wins & How ?

Exactly...These guys are to funny man! According to his fans, if you dont fight Froch's fight...then you're some ****ing coward!:rofl

 

Don't know enough about Ward to comment, but the type of fighter who eventually beats Froch will be a slickster like Dirrell but who shows far more heart than Dirrell did.

I'm one of the few that has a hunch that Ward might upset Kessler. Can't really say why, just a gut feeling

 

Ward is my pick to win it all, and he would shut out Froch. It would be the Miranda fight all over again.

Its actually hard 4 me 2 c Andre beating Kessler. I think he's 2 green for Mikkel who is really really gud @68. Mikkel lost a SD12 to Joe. However, Ward showed me some internal fortitude vs Miranda, WOW...He's from da TOWN, whadaya thinkin?

I can envision WARD to really shine vs Mikkel.

 

Review rounds 10, 11, and 12 and tell me again how he did against Dirrell when Dirrell decided to engage.

Froch's most impressive win was over Jermain Taylor, a guy who was just outboxed by an Arthur Abraham who threw 15 punches a round. And he had to win with a hail mary KO in the last 14 seconds on a fighter who had been on his last legs for 3 rounds.

Froch is vastly overrated. Luckily Kessler is going to maul him so badly that no one will speak his name with anything approaching approval again.

Not to mention the fact that when Froch did land, which was rare, he was nowhere near knocking Dirrell out. Hanshaw had Dirrell in more trouble than Froch. HIs power is all circumstantial, that circumstance being that the guy needs to be stationary, against the ropes, and all but defenseless. Good luck finding a GOOD boxer who is willing to give him that chance.

 

:good. I dont get why so many people think that Ward and Dirrell are the same fighter. If by slicksters, then yes, but to me Ward is the more complete, upgraded version of Dirrell. Dirrell has more pop and maybe a slight edge in speed, but Ward is more accurate, better defensively, smarter, has better footwork, better offense, better stamina, and a higher workrate. That being said, Ward would beat Froch decisively by a WIDE UD.

 

:huh This stood out to me...Please tell me how in the hell did you come with Dirrell not having any heart...he went to the lions den meaning he went to the champs hometown in his own backyard and put a damn good fight that many, many people thought he won...So please tell me how Dirrell doesnt have any heart?

Froch would knock him out because ward does not run like dirrel does.

 

I'd take Ward to beat Froch, with a good chance of knocking him out.

I liked Froch's chances to knock Dirrell out going into the fight, but after watching it, it was clear that Dirrell wasn't going to put himself in a position to be hit hard, but at the same time sacrificing any opportunity to land big blows to Froch.

Ward wouldn't run. I think Ward would be too quick for Froch to catch and land flush against, but Ward would take to leading with that jab and 1-2s, and counter punching.

If you watched Ward-Miranda, Ward made him look slow and confused him the whole fight, while landing a lot of clean jabs and power punches.

I still like Froch's power if he catches his opponent clean, but I think it would be Ward by UD or possibly a late knockout.

He's been foaming at the mouth with this **** for days. If you don't trade shot for shot with Froch, you're a coward, these days. It's fine, Kessler will be right there for him. Except Kessler will put him to sleep.

 

I hope so man...Its just getting nerve wrecking listening to these guys talk non-sense...I mean, nobody is begging these guys to like the guy but to say non-sense is plan crazy...some guys will say some of the craziest things...I hope Kessler or somebody can bring these fan boys back to earth!

 

Yep. If Kessler fights Froch in Nottingham, he better send him out on his back. Otherwise we've seen what can happen, and how the fans will justify it. "Froch was moving forward in every round!"
