Name one fight against a ranked opponent for any governing body where Eubank has fought well as the aggressor. Just one.

    Do it.

Chris Eubank and Nigel Benn would have put Ward into a semi coma.

 at ******ed moron ****s like Dinovelvet who never saw a Eubank or Benn (or Lewis) fight in his miserable life.

Prime (pre Watson) Eubank would have given any fighter in history problems.

Eubanks style was not to be the aggressor. But when he had his man reeling back he could be aggressive and knew how to finish hurt opponents.

After the Watson II fight he lost that killer instinct. Before that fight he was a very good Knockout fighter.

    Incorrect Eubank myth number 1.

Eubank was never a knockout puncher in any way, shape or form. I've never disputed that he was a decent finisher, but that did not diminish in any way after the Watson II fight. See: Eubank/Storey, for someone going in like a shark after injured prey - Storey's injury was the only reason Eubank won that fight. True story. :deal

Fact: Eubank had just as many good performances after the Watson fight than before. See Eubank vs Collins I, Eubank vs Wharton. I do not include Eubank vs Rocchigiani because the German was THAT under-par in the fight for whatever reason. I will however state that Eubank's style would cause any version of Rocky problems.

Fact 2: Eubank pre-Watson was just as incapable of looking even half-decent against a standoffish fighter. See Eubank vs Sherry.

Also: In my strong opinion, Eubank should have lost the first fight against Watson. Watson fought with a poor gameplan, playing into Eubank's hands often. During those instances, Eubank looked very good indeed. Even so, Eubank lost that fight in the Championship rounds, or at least that's what should have happened. Not exactly good form for a fighter that could "give any fighter in history problems". Hyperbole much?

Any decent volume puncher or pure counter-puncher kills any version of Eubank. Fact. And by "decent" I mean "top 15-20 standard".

stupid question,it's like asking who comes on top,Calzaghe or Ottke...Warddke is a glass jaw disgrace, you could ask who comes on top if Warddke is fighting Allan Green or Lucian Bute or if he drain another crappy lhw,not stupid questions

At least 80% of Eubank's WBO opponents were much worse than Allan Green. Fact.

Just a question. Has Ward fought anyone that had a skill set similar enough to Eubank's that anyone could make any kind of educated guess as to how he would do against Eubank himself?

Warddke has once won against a journeyman Boone after he lost the fight and was floored.it made his father Ottke real proud.

And Eubank was forced to desperately clinch against Amaral - how is what you said relevant to the question? Dumbass.

Probably not - you'd have to look at the fighters Ward was fighting before he won his belt to find someone of both a similar standard and/or style to Eubank.
