a past best Calz wins a clear decision.

    a prime Joe KO's Ward.

either way, it's a Calzaghe win. he's too good for Ward. and that will never change.

i think calzaghe would put on another boxing masterpiece. the guy was just cut from the same cloth as willie pep and rocky marciano.

I think that Calzaghe would beat Ward by a fair UD. I can see it being close, but Joe would likely outwork Andre.

The weapon against the southpaw is the right hand and Ward
hasn't one. He can't outfight joe outside or up close. Ward has sh-t
power and has suspect stamina which is a killer vs Calz. This is
a race baiting thread. Joe by easy UD.

Joe beat a prime kessler in a great fight. Ward fouled and spoiled
to beat Kessler in a **** fight where kessler hadn't fought a live
opponent for 2 years after he lost handily to Joe.

Refuting facts is further proof that you're wrong.

like refuting ward beating mikkel more handily than joe.

including that footnote is akin to putting a gun to the proverbial head of your post, pulling the trigger and woooo never seen brain that size before.

Its a fight i would LOVE to see!

I think Ward would win this and not make it look easy, but win enough clear rounds to take the fight.

Shame they are not about in the same era :(

Unless I don't correctly recall who that guy is, I think he's fukkin with ya. Mockery of the Brit logic behind an easy Joe UD vs Ward. :conf

Ward would beat him by wide ud or maybe late stoppage. He is just to smart for cal.

People saying Ward has bad stamina are basing it on him slowing down the pace for the last couple of rounds against the relentless Froch when he had the fight in the bag and had a badly broken hand. It's like people saying he has a bad chin based on him getting dropped once in his career, in just his 7th pro fight against the big punching Boone. It's clutching at straws.
