    True.

But time goes by so fast. He's not fighting until June, and he may want another fight before he fights a high profile fight, or they maybe complications in making a high profile fight. Of course he isn't old, and I'd say he's got a good few years left in him. But you never know how a fighter's going to age, and it's a crying shame that he's only had two fights since the final of the Super Six, that was almost 3 and a half years ago.

Capt I think Loudon and myself just expected him to go on and do some really great things in the sport by now but instead he has been inactive in his most prime years. I do believe while he has another tune up we want him to unify again and make some big legacy building fights in the process. He's a real talent we just don't like it being wasted.

Calzaghe had to beat a 43 year old Hopkins by robbery. Ward beats him badly

I thought Hopkins did enough but that was back before fans were on his side. The white boy comments doomed him.

You are correct though, not really a robbery.

Actually, he bought himself some time and did enough to win the 10th.

When I scored the fight I gave Hopkins a late round, it might have been the 10th.. I also gave him the first three, with the knockdown.. Close but pretty clear victory for Calzaghe. In no way was it a robbery.
