it was fairly one sided but not uncompetitive at times "Carl Froch outclassed by dazzling Andre Ward" http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/boxing/16234673 "As a professional, he has done more of the same, culminating with a brilliant masterpiece against Carl Froch on Saturday night before a crowd of 5,626 at Boardwalk Hall. Ward dominated Froch " http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id/7364173/andre-ward-outfoxes-carl-froch-super-six-final Everyone on ESB agrees except for failey's alts http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?p=11828693
ward eclipsed joes best win which took 11 years for joe to cumulate towards, in his first ever title fight inside just over half an hour..
Anyone with a brain gave Froch two rounds max in that fight...one of the worst scorecards in recent memory. Ward was never in any bother, it was poor man's sparring for him..all done with a broken hand. Fatigue? Are you ****ing serious, this is Boxing....Froch has several months off at a time and arguably in his physical prime at 32/33 as he is a late bloomer. You're really threading on thin water here bailey.
Ward would never have taken a fight with Calzaghe. Just look at Ward's resume and it's obvious that he doesn't fight fast technical boxers.
ward fights all the best smws, inside a few months, who are brave enough to ss6 ....calturd concludes from this that ward would never fight cowardzaghe.... who himself took nearly a decade of waiting for a weakling to come along to unify.
ward makes offer to cowardzaghe which joe declines..... calturd deduces from this the opposite of what happened - that ward didn't want cowardzaghe.
Andre's on another planet to Lacy. I don't know how anyone could predict an easy win for either fighter.
it is the calturd alone who deduces that a guy who got nowhere in the Olympics is equal to someone who won the gold medal...as long as that nowhere man fought cowardzaghe, that is. if he hadn't fought cowardzghe then the calturd would agree with the rest of the world that the gold medal winner is much better the the nowhere man also ran. this is akin towatching the sole mad guy in town proclaim the end of the world is coming tonight, whilst everyone else calmly strolls by ignoring him, taking care to keep their kids well away from the uncouth, smelly nutter.
I think Andre would have been more willing to have fought Joe, rather than vice versa. Joe spent years just being content defending his WBO belt. I don't think Joe would have fought Dawson and Kovalev. How many fast and technical fighters did Joe fight throughout his career?
Froch was 35 and I dont think in his physical prime at all. You obviously didnt watch Froch when he was British champ then? Ward was not in any bother but neither was Froch. Nothing happened in the first round but I expect you had to score it a certain way. Tell me how you scored any of these rounds to Ward 5, 9, 11, 12 You note how you dont think Froch could be fatigued having been away for the 5th time out of 6 fights and having fought every original member of the S6, but fail to note Ward didnt fight every original member and wouldnt be an away fighter. You also didnt address Frochs form on the run up. He was coming off a Mdec over faded, boiled down SMW journeyman Johnson. You really dont know the SMW division at all Ward also mentioned he wasnt aware of the hand damage
yes, froch was NOT IN ANY BOTHER, APART FROM THE MINOR BOTHER OF LOSING NEARLYALL THE ROUNDS in A SMW UNIFICATION. Froch wasn't bovvered about losing consecutive round after round according to failey, he was in America for a suntan really, the smw titles meant nothing compared to that and seeing the sites.. What was he bovvered about, if losing nearly every round wasn't bovvering him? woah u know how to fail hard.
