I voted for Smith. Gives Ward a one sided beatdown

    Everyone's getting daft here..

I see it as ,... Ward comes out, takes rds 1-3 with his slickness, then... Paul works the body, finding angles his kid Cal told him about, grinds him down in 4-7 before a faded & beaten Ward failes to come out for the 8th.

Let's be serious lads, all this talk of Smith schooling him is unrealistic.

    Hahahahaha

As much as I would LOVE to see Smith do it, I really cant see any way that he manages to make an impact upon the fight. One big lucky punch is the only way and I hope he finds that punch but realistically Ward is too good, not just for him but anyone in the Super middleweight division.

Smith beating Ward would rank a 9 on richter scale etc.. maybe even a 10?

How many could have predicted it before hand though?

Between Jim Watts scorecard and Hallings commentary "I think there's an argument to give that round to Smith" Smith does enough to get at least a draw...

In reality I will be seriously surprised if Smith wins a round and goes the distance.

That said, how funny would it be if Smith caused one of the biggest shocks in recent memory?
Would Froch have a breakdown at ringside?

Another tough fight to predict, like the Khan vs Algieri thread, its a toss of the coin job really, not a lot sperating these 2 world class fighters.

Would be hilarious! On a serious note though, I would be shocked if Smith didn't go the distance

    :good
I would pay good money to watch Froch's face while Smith was having his hand raised

Really? I just think Ward is too accurate, too clever and the weight might be an issue too. What will Ward weigh on the night if the catchweight is 172?
I do not think it will be a one punch KO, I just think it will all get too much for Smith late on.

If Ward is anything like the fighter he was no way does this go 5, come on lads.

But with his injury and inactivity... Ward may be done, who knows?

If Ward doesn't stop Smith by the half way point then the lay off has had an effect. This is a ridiculous mismatch and garbage fight, it's like Mayweather fighting Denton Vassell.
