    So? Being competitive with a weak champion at MW means it makes sense to put him in with the best active SMW? Even if he'd gotten the nod against Sylvester and lifted his title, this match-up would be IDIOTIC. I've explained why several times now.

If Kessler couldnt keep up with Ward what in the hell makes you think Roman I seriously doubt Roman would even have a remotely close chance at succeeding. Ward getting a close victory is far-fetched and you know...This matchup shouldnt even be allowed...Ward would beat the living **** out of Roman...and it wont even be close!:-(

    Kessler was hampered by a bad cut from a head clash which can cause all kinds of effects, can you remember Ward facing anyone as skilled as Karmazin?

    Skill wise it would be interesting but Penalosa has aged bad now and is fighting at SBW, I think the climb to WW would be too much in his case for his smaller frame 4 division, but Karmazin a division below in world class dosent sound as bad

    Karmazin would effectively be fighting two divisions out of his comfort zone against Ward. Yes, he's been at middleweight for a couple of fights, but that's pushing his limits. Dionisio Miranda had him stunned a couple of times, so no, it wouldn't take a one-punch KO artist at 168 to hurt him; just any strong natural SMW. Ward is strong enough to do so - and is not only a natural SMW but will probably fill out into a natural light heavyweight. Karmazin is a natural light middleweight who happens to have had some success at 160 in the twilight of his career.

    What part of this is not getting through to you?

    Just because this is your thread Bailey. Yes Karmazin would be one of the 5 best fighters on Joe's resume had they fought. Much better than Ashira or Pudwell.
