    Ward 10-2 or late stoppage.

Ward loses maybe three rounds. Possibly none. Possibly stops Barrera.

Comfortable Ward win. Barrera has the power to knock him out but he isnt guna land much. Outboxed and any time he attempts anything he will be clinched and will have to reset.

Ward said he wants to fight another man before fighting Kovalev, says he deserves it (Which he does because Kovalev has been quite active).

    Early 2017.

Andre Ward vs Sergey Kovalev on HBO PPV. !!

Ward has not got the ***** to fight kovalev after this fight he said he wants anther one why?

Why is he not confident enough to fight sergey right away?

Kovalev would fight him today but ward is not the same?

I think It's partially wishful thinking,(mostly by GGG diehards) also Cubans nearly always get overrated in the pro ranks. Plus I feel Ward is underrated by some, they see him as some sort of glass-jawed diva(part of it his fault obviously due to inactivity) just assume LHW size and power will be too much for him.

But everything Barrera does good, Ward does much better except for power punching and at the end of the day, Ward will prove to be too fast, too smart and too experienced for him.

This has almost gotten worse than when a sizable number of fans were picking Solis to knock out Vitali. :blood

I think that was more understandable, with Solis' wins over the great Felix Savon and Vitali starting to show his age before the Solis fight.

Some additional thoughts on this match-up from the vBookie thread:

...but Solis had done nothing in the pros to suggest he could knock out a guy that gobbled up flush uppercuts from Lewis and never went down. :huh

barrera has nothing like kovalevs power, half of the power, half the skills.

he may be abit faster. i havent be impressed but i was wondering about ward fighting a fresher/****** fighter
