Good point, been saying it for a minute chad froch, ward are overrated that doesn't mean they are garbage respect all 3 but they're not as good as people make them seem.Benn,Eubank would give any eras best problems forget what toney or Roy jones would do to them.

Ward is very good at changing his styles and making it hard for his opponent to land their shots.

The things he does wrong at times is when he uses a different stance. At times he can come in wrecklessly and he leaves himself open to be caught at the ropes.

It's not a good comparison to compare him to the middleweight Gerald McClellan but the G-Man was having a tough fight against Benn who a lot think the G-Man was arguably winning. The G-Man hit hard and Benn soaked it up and went down twice in the process.

Andre Ward doesn't do that to Benn if they ever fought. I think Benn actually catches Ward while Ward tries to come in strong with a combination. I think Benn uses his strength and knocks out Ward on the ropes. I think Benn would bob and weave and catch Ward with an uppercut coming in on the ropes.

I think Benn would take Wards punches and keep coming. Ward doesn't hit as hard as the G-Man.

I think Chris Eubank would be too much for Ward. I think Ward has great natural abilities and is a top all round fighter but i believe Eubanks footwork and trickery would give Ward issues fighting on the inside.

I will give Ward credit he is good as changing his style when he needs to. He can adapt against any opponent.

The advantage i give Eubank over Ward is his iron chin and his strength while fighting from the outside and mid-range. He would knock out Ward.

Eubank wouldn't have a problem with Kessler, Froch, or Ward.

Eubank had power, iron chin, and a great technique. He's underrated on here.

Joe Calzaghe - Ward wins the early rounds in an ugly fight but Calzaghe outworks him and wins by UD/SD through shere number of punches landed.

James Toney - depends which Toney turns up. He could win by KO or SD if the good version turns up but if its the Toney who was gifted a win against Tiberi and lost to Thadzi then he loses by a wide UD.

Roy Jones Jnr - Jones wins by UD. He's too quick, too athletic, too skilled and has too good reflexes for Ward. Ward wouldn't catch him.

Chris Eubank - like with Toney it depends which version turns up because if its the Eubank who fought Close and Schoomer then he's going to lose badly on points, but if its the Eubank who fought Benn and Watson then he's got a chance of winning by KO or by SD.

Nigel Benn - I feel Benn's too straight-forward to beat Ward. He's got a punchers chance but I'd expect Ward to win by UD.

Michael Watson - Watson would lose on SD. He'd give a good account of himself but he wasn't adaptive enough to beat Ward.

Steve Collins - Collins would try to outwork Ward and try to make the fight a brawl but I think he would lose by SD or UD with Ward controlling the pace of most of the fight.

Mike McCallum - I think this one would finish either with a KO win for McCallum or an SD that could go either way.

Iran Barkley - Ward would be too much for Barkley who was never an elite fighter and lost to all the elite fighters he faced. Ward would win by a UD or late round KO

Michael Nunn - Nunn would give Ward a tough fight but I think Ward would take it by SD.

Chong-Pal Park - Park/Ward would end with a KO win for Park or a UD win for Ward

Murray Sutherland - Ward wins by UD.

From what I have seen of Ward he deserves to be mentioned a long side these names. I don't know how anyone can say who would win though. I am goint to take a wild guess and say that the younger fans on here think Ward win against most and the older fans thing he loses to most of them :)

And I'm pretty sure the answer lies in the middle somewhere :)

It would depend if Ward is able to survive McClellan's early storm, if he is then he wins a wide UD, if not then McClellan wins by early KO.
