Hearns outboxes Ward even more easily than Kovalev did in the first fight before running out of gas. And, Hearns likely hurts Ward at least once.
Ward proved himself to be a terrific fighter at 168 and 175 .. one of those guys that was just able to move in another gear that guys seemed to lose themselves against , like a Whitaker or a Hopkins ... No way Hearns was going to beat him with a jab .. Ward would survive the dangerous early rounds and beat Tommy to the body and end up stopping him .. Tommy was not close to his best at 168 ..
