What I suggest will happen is: Ward will nullify Kovalev's strengths and smother his work in an ugly masterpiece of tactical dominance. Krusher will land a few meaty blows - which will be the only punches his fans choose to remember - but by the middle to late rounds he will have run out of ideas leaving Ward to pic up a close but entirely deserved UD.

Then for THE REST OF TIME Kovalev's fans will moan on here about biased judges and referee marking this fight down as a 'win' for Krusher. Post submitted will include 'Ward is really 30-1', 'Ward was scared', 'Ward ran from Kovalev' and finally they will swap their allegiance (Krusher who?) to GGG with the all-too-predictable 'Ward is ducking GGG'.

Yes, Andre is set to replace Mayweather for all sorts of reasons....

I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, but I see no reason for the fight to fall through now. Give credit where it's due to both Kovalev and Ward.

 

I havent said anything to you about Ward delaying fights. I mentioned how you often write "lmfao" which with this response feel that it is for you to back out of sensible debates. I understand you want to write something when a bit lost but often there is more strength in silence.
Im not debating on this thread and have no real interest, but Ward did delay fighting Froch and spent along time not fighting and apparently decided against facing Degale and didnt show interest in Bute or Dirrell

Yeah true I'm surprised how many have Ward the favourite as I don't believe Kovalev to be just a puncher,he can box for sure.

 

Ward simply has too much for Kovalev- if Chilemba is causing him problems and making him miss, Andre will frustrate and hurt him on the counter....I personally couldnt even say that I reckon this could be close!!

 

Ward's last few so called Tune up fights with Fighters ranked not in the Top 20 and one fighter 39 Years old is not a great lead up for a fight with Kovalev.....for this reason I think Kovalev Win's...
