andre ward signed the same contract roberto guerrero signed. the csac ruled it wasn't valid because of the length (years) were not valid. i believe it was 7yrs. they ruled in guerrero's favor and he signed to gbp. andre ward is not getting the same treatment. hence, the lawsuit.

it's called patience man. the guy doesn't want to lose money. he wants to fight. he's showing patience. it sucks.
