You do know the swelling is most prominent on his middle knuckle. You can see the light from the flash, hence it being the knuckle closest to the camera, therefore the most swollen.

But its funny people trying to analyse a shitty face-on photo of a fighters hand after a fight.

****ing tell me about it, criticising a guys punching technique based on a post fight photo of his injured hand :rofl

Not to mention the guy is in a fight . . . with another fighter, who is also moving his head. You're going to catch him with all different parts of the hand.

 

Huge props for Ward. Not for the win itself but for the way he did it. IN BIG STYLE! No head-butts, no complaints, no ****-talking before the fight. He's a champion.

This is just a testament to how mentally tough Ward truly is, he didn't complain one bit about the had if I recall correctly.

Props to Ward (and Froch) for maintaining composure, and having no bs to say post fight in the ring.

 

every time a fighter posts a good win the next few days round here all there is are threads like future atg blah blah untill the next big fight rolls around and the process starts over

I dont know what you want to say there, Froch was class in defeat but in the ring he was totally outclassed and did not look good at all.

So many American fighters get hyped to the roof only to be exposed at their first challenge, that its hard to see the light through the woods

I dont think anyone has to feel foolish about becoming a fan of a fighter after a great performance.
