Talking about money? I wonder how much Floyd will have when hes 60? Givin handjobs on Grand Rapid street corners telling anyone that will listen the money team is making a comeback, one jerk at a time. Ward probably on speaking terms with his family, with millions, with a nice commentary gig and well liked in the minds of Americans.
Aint that cute, 2 Brothers helping each other out with a bit of good press for casual to read and be interested.
James Prince mad he got the boot from Floyd after his failed stint on HBO's KO Nation :rofl If you want to see 50 cent and what a failed SMS promotions would look like, check Prince in the early 2000s.
Yes because every genius boxer was perfectly professional outside of the ring right? Imagine what internet forums would be like when Ali, Leonard or Robinson was around.......
I supported Wards statement the other day, and respected his approach, they should have left it at that and moved on. Ward is the kind of guy that doesn't need Prince speaking for him, Ward said all that needed to be said, now let it go, this **** sounds gay.
Floyd aint ****ing with Prince ,Floyd aint no thug that's why he has all that security that's where his money goes He's a much of a thug as ****** Beiber !..I laugh when I read Floyd will do this and that he aint doing **** he couldn't even do 12 days in the tank with out almost having a nervous break down ! **** out of here ..He needs to just box and keep his mouth shut ..
To be fair a lot of what Floyd said was true. Floyd showed Ward support and welcome him to his boxing gym, Ward should've just kept quiet on what he is rooting for. Now both sides are butt hurt. Ward's manager have a few points but goes on exeragging about Floyd's success due to Oscar. That was years ago and Floyd have done well in promoting his fights. The 24/7 series was good. Also if Ward was Floyd's size, Floyd would beat the dog **** out of Ward. Imagine ward at 130 against a prime Floyd jr.
This line.... "And yeah, I see how he's trying to befriend Broner so he won't be faced with Broner gettin' in his ass. But at the end of the day, he would have a problem with Broner because Broner is a real one. And Floyd knows, like I know, that he's uncomfortable with real men around him." Was enough for Floyd to fall back on his sword. James subtlety threw in something that resonates with Floyd going back to when they worked together. I'll be surprised if Floyd responds directly to James.....But mostly likely he had Ellerbe take that on so he could tuck his tail between his legs and not so gracefully bow out of the "back and forth". Floyd knows what time it is...he's got a good thing going and doesn't want to **** that up making the same mistakes.
What? Why keep quiet on who he's rooting for? He didn't go in on Floyd saying "Rob is gonna **** him up".....He just said he's riding with his boy whom he went through the AM's with. To bite your tongue on an opinion that shows loyalty and respect is incredibly weak. Ward isn't a household name...but he's a key figure int he landscape of boxing as a whole. And he's still young...has accomplished a lot and will see greater success. Floyd was just pointing out and emphasizing areas that are commonly brought up. Popularity....money...drawing power..ect. But Floyd had a hard time drawing anything before Oscar. He had a following but it was mostly hardcore boxing fans and never had the kind of appeal that would have made him a superstar that produced fans outside the sport. it wasn't until AFTER he won a SD against Oscar that he reached the levels of success he has held on to. Ward needs less to go further...he's talented, skilled and marketable. Floyd is talented and skilled but not at all marketable. In a few years time Andre will be well on his way to becoming a superstar in and out of this sport.
This his fans think he an OG, if K9s wife had filed charges on him he would be crying knowing he is going to have to be in pc
