I think JT would be a good choice, especially if he's working with Pat Burns, I stand by Jermain would give Ward trouble. Ward doesn't have the punching power to KO Jermain, and Jermain won't allow Ward to get away with the dirty ****. If not JT then I'd settle for Bute.

Lets him fight winner of Froch/Abraham and then Bute.

 

I like Bika..I wouldn't mind seeing him in with a tough fighter and someone who could take it and give it back...Steiglitz would be ok too...mos def not JT..one of my favorite fighters but JT don't got it no more

Bute is a pipe dream, so slash that. Stieglitz isn't about to go stateside and get sent home in a body bag and no belt, so he's out. Taylor isn't going to fight at the top of the sport anymore so he's gone. Bika lost his last fight out. Sartison hasn't had a fight west of germany his entire career and his only big fight was him getting dominated and stopped by Kessler, Ward would maul him.

My vote is for Jean Paul Mendy. He has a win over Bika(albeit its a DQ) and is undefeated in 29 fights. He at least has the record and look of someone capable of giving Andre Ward a fight and help salvage the tourney.

 

My solution would be to have Allen Green fight Abraham and have Ward fight Froch.

 

That would be something, but I've gotta feeling the tourney will dissolve & Ward will stay away from Froch to hang onto his belt

 

Let's see Ward headbutt hard headed bika. Seriously, ward's never been in there with someone as relentless and hard as sakio. Good fight!
