You want Carl to retire even though he is fighting "very well". What sort of sense does that make?.....He feels he can take out Ward if he gets past Kessler and rightfully so by the way he has been performing....None of what you posted has proved he is past best.
Listen up **** for brains, you said Now you said it, go try and find that quote, you can't because we both know you made that up. You've lost any shred of credibility you had left when you made that claim, because you made it up. Having a wrong or misinformed opinion is one thing, and that can be forgiven. Making things up is misrepresentation, and you've been caught out. You will no longer be taken seriously because you've now been caught out making things up
I knew you would deny it and you made that claim along with Baliey. You're lucky i cant remember what thread it was.....And that has nothing to do with the bull**** you repeatadly spew about Froch being past best. A claim you are unable to prove.
You made a claim Groves will bring more excitment to world boxing than Tyson did in the 80's and 90's..Thats a post i can prove....Do you realize the extent of stupidy in that claim?..There is no way you are around boxing long to believe such tripe.
The first attempt was close and Hopkins is not a normal 46 yr old, he's the greatest 40+ fighter in history. Controversial decision. Froch is the only one who got stunned in the fight. @ "KO'd". AA got schooled and exposed in that fight, as well as dropped for the first time in his career. This content is protected
His options are limited because he has no passport and no nuts. He will find some alcoholic bum in the local pubs to beat in Oakland for his next fight. Maybe a superfight with RJJ or James Toney...those arw his options
Yes and I was having a laugh I wasn't making any accusations against anybody, and I wasn't claiming anyone had said anything they hadn't. Now for the third time: you said You've made that up, the thread you're looking for **** for brains is a thread about Calzaghe ducking Glen Johnson that Arcane made - Go and find that thread through Arcane's profile and try and find the quote, you won't be able to because you made it up. You've got no excuses to hide behind because I told you where to go find it
I think Ward has a number of good options and could stay at 168 for a few more years if he wanted to. A rematch with the Kessler-Froch winner is his biggest fight. Yeah, he already beat both of them convincingly but both guys have re-established themselves as the best non-Ward supermiddleweights and the winner is a good option for Ward. There's also a number of good young supermiddleweights coming through and it would probably be a year before Ward could fight them(if he fights the Froch-Kessler winner late this year) which gives them plenty of time to establish themselves a serious contenders. Oosthiuizen, Groves, DeGale, Rodriguez, etc are all there in 2014 and would make good opponents. There's also guys like Stieglitz, Golovkin or Chavez jr if they move up, the Dirrell brothers if they ever decide they want to fight. Plenty of options out there for Ward and thats just 168 if he moves to 175 there's even more names to add to the list.
Now who are you? So you think a fighter scoring their best win doesnt mean they are past their prime atsch. I think Hopkins best win could arguably be Pascal or Cloud due to them being LHWs not former WWs, yet do you think Hopkins was prime when beating Cloud. It could even be the Pavlik victory with its dominant performance
Watch Kessler when he was beating Mundine and Andrade and watch his combinations and footwork. Watch Froch earlier in his career and see how he slipped more shots and was more active. Froch said in the build up to Ward how he feels like an old man,
There wasnt a S6 comp then. Calzaghe wasnt able to get the same opportunities. Reid wouldnt fight him when champ, Ottke wouldnt fight him and Woodhall was due to only lost to Beyer. When there were champs that would fight Calzaghe he fought them when past his best and guess what, one of them is the same fighter you talk about with Ward who you rank above because his best win is an unwell double vision suffering fighter that Calzaghe took the 0 of when that fighter was prime and Calzaghe was at the end of his career
That is because the super6 took a lot out of him as it did Ward who needed a break when it was over. Is Ward past prime also? A clown would claim Froch is past best after he scored two spectacular knock out victory's and becoming world champ in the process. As it stands now he is at the peak in his career.
