Andre Ward's Q&A w/ On The Ropes

Froch is very confident and I certainly has the ability to outbox Abraham; however, as we all know Abraham is a huge puncher, can withstand a great deal of punishment, and stays covered up.

Froch cannot afford to slip up, MUST keep his punches sharp, and whenever the opportunity presents itself, go to Abraham's body, which appears to be his weakness.

Or what I'm basically tryin to say, Froch vs Ward could definitely happen.

 

All I got to say is ( Whole Brakes.. ) would come off of Froch if he were to meet Ward.. Ward is not a ***** like Dirrell and wont go in the scared.. He will bring the Drama to Froch's front door and aint no commming back from that ass whoopin.. stylisticly its ugly.. Froch a come forward plodding ackward man with a bit of power.. He is all right for Ward.. Picture Froch getting beemed on by pot shots cause Froch walks around with his damn hands by his sides.. and if he trys to brawl he gets caught with something nasty (uppercut, hook to tha body, nasty inside work) Ward's D is too tight for an ackward Froch.. only question is.. Will Ward KO him..??? umm from what we have seen so far.. probably not.. but against Froch Ward can sit down on his shots, and I can see a stoppage from the amount of punishment taken by Froch.. hell If Dirrell landed all the meaningful shots in a running, shitty performace.. then Ward dominates with all his tools..

 

ward would just box the hell out of froch and will be barely touched. he would win and be dominant but froch would complain in frustration that ward ran the whole fight when in reality is he couldnt and wouldnt be able to land any clean shots on ward. but we shall see time shall tell

 

It would be an interesting fight, I would fancy Ward winning by quite a wide margin, but still I would love to see the fight happen.

 

I would love to see this fight happen. And thanks to the round robin style of the super six we just might. Ward dismantles a limited but very game froch for twelve shout out rounds.

I'm not a fan of ward's fighting style either (though I enthusiastically acknowledge that it works), but he should be lauded more for being respectful of his opponents. he hasn't really even been challenged yet in his career, but he never belittles anyone.
the sad thing is that i don't think people notice it enough-it's a good thing for ward that the's so good, because being respectful doesn't exactly put asses in seats in boxing unfortunately.

he will fight outside of oakland im sure. but the same can be said for bute. bottom line is both of his wins were convincing

 

He seems a nice person but like froch he makes it all about himself a bit to much, just look at where they ask him how the dawson vs pascal fight will go. He goes onto to talk about himself vs dawson and doesnt even mention pascal (unless it just wasnt in the transcript)
