:good Yeah I guess me asking what's the logic behind someone's decision who has also previously twice decided to foul himself out of the HW championship by punching his opponent in the nuts is pretty stupid. **** it, GO GOLATA
Golota was my boy---for a while, but his motor skills are more shot than a block of Swiss cheese...... He's done....... MR.BILL
Nope, every report i heard suggests he's financially set. His wife is a lawyer and apparently managed his money very well. Its more of a pride thing. Golota perhaps realized that by the time he could control his emotions in the ring his physical skills were slipping, but maybe not far enough to get a title. He was oh so close versus Byrd and Ruiz, both questionable decissions. He accomplished a little part of his dream by winning minor titles over McBride and Mollo. Sadly he's too far gone now, injury or no injury. Like Mr. Bill said, his motor skills are shot and that was already noticeable at the Jeremy Bates fight a few years back. He looked pathetic with Adamek. He should still beat Zuri though but his handlers need to stop him from challanging any hard punchers at this stage of the game. Talks of him fighting Tua are crazy and irresponsible. Joe Cool you need to knock some reality into his head, if you can. I dont want to see AG permenantly injured, looking ******ed like in Loufatski's avi, all the time.
Please do not question my loyalty when it comes to being a Golota fan. I have never abandoned being a fan, and I've been on this journey for the better part of 15 years now. If Golota decides to enter the ring, there is no way I couldn't cheer or him. At the same time, despite being a loyal fan--the dream is over. I do not want to see Golota lose again, or worse yet, get himself hurt inside the ring. He is never goingto become champion. His best days are long behind him. If you've been following, I stated my opinion at the time--following his victory against Mollo--that was an IDEAL time for retirement. I wish Golota the best. And I AM a fan. I'm just afraid he has reached the point where he can't let go--kind of like Evander Holyfield--and no good ever comes from that.
I do question it when you laugh at my favorite fighter ever. I followed him loooooonnnnngggg before your Golota Express. If he decides to fight, then I support him 100% and anyways, he should be able to take Zuri "frickin" Laurence. I'm not here to say who is the bigger fan, but I will say I'm sure I am one of the biggest fans of him here. Golota for-****in'-ever.:good
Well, The Golota Express (the original here at ESB) predates his return in 2003. That said, as I've already stated, I have been a Golota fan for approximately 15 years now. He was the fighter who caused me to make the transition from casual fan into a die hard fan. The point is--HE LOST TO ADAMEK!!! He lost to Ray Austin. He struggld with Mollo. These are guys the 2003-2004 Golota would have beaten handily, and these were guys who'd have been destroyed by a prime 1995-96 Golota. Likewise. At the same time, he is old, he is slow, and he is shot. I do not like seeing fighters hang around too long and I fear that Golota is making this mistake. As a fan, I think he needs to hang'em up and enjoy life. I really do. If this fight happns, I will no doubt be tuning in and hoping for a turn back the clock performance. :good
Cool Rumsy. BTW, I guess I've held a grudge against you for banning me that once, but I wanna bury the hatchet, and no more ****-talking from me. Sorry if I got a little out of line with you lately.
No, you have not gotten out of hand. :good And I swear to you--contrary to popular belief, I am really NOT Chucky. I never banned you. You may or may not believe me, but I speak the truth.
